I don't know if this had anything to do with Obama receiving the Noble Peace Prize. Common sense tells me it was not a rocket! What do you think? There's a project, not very well known by the general public, that is said to be responsible for this. It is called HAARP and stands for High Frecuency Active Aurora Research. These guys are being held responsible for this spiral lights in the skies of Norway. I'm not so sure it was them. Some say it was a preliminary test for the many things that they will make appear in the skies in the near future, side by side with the UFO disclosure that will also take place. Jump into your own conclusions guys.
